Blain
National Sales Manager
Over 45 years’ experience in the pneumatics industry including IMI Norgren, Honeywell, Melbourne Air & Hydraulics, Rexroth and owner of PSI Fluid Power.
Migrated with parents and two brothers from England in 1970, completing a fitter and turner apprenticeship at Julius Marlow shoe company (Florsheim shoes) in 1977
A family man married for over 40 years with three children. One of which Stephie is now working alongside him.
Dave
Technical Sales Engineer
Started with the company in 2020 with 45 years’ experience, 13 years in manufacturing and automating industrial valves, and 32 years selling industrial and process automation and control solutions across all industries.
Served a mechanical engineering/manufacturing apprenticeship with Saunders Valves in the UK and migrated to Australia in 1983 with his wife of less than 1 year. Has worked for Pipeline Supplies of Australia (now part of MRC Global), Ascomation Pty Ltd and IMI Norgren. Now married for 38 years with two adult daughters. Has known Blain since 1987 and Brian since 1988 and is happy to be now working for PSI to help its continued growth and success.
Karen
Internal Sales and Administration
New to the company in 2021, working from Monday to Thursday. With nearly 20 years in the industry at IMI Norgren in the Operations division, covering a range of roles. Having previously worked with Dave and Lee, she is now happy to be re-united with them in this company
Married for over 20 years with 2 children, 1 adult daughter and a teenage son, you’ll likely hear from Karen for day to day sales.
Lee
Internal Sales and Marketing
The newest member of the PSI Automation family
Lee has 10 years of industry experience at IMI Norgren in various roles from marketing to internal sales. Having previously worked with Dave and Karen, she is happy to be working along side them in her new team at PSI.
Migrated with her parents and younger brother from South Africa in 2008.
Now married for 6 years and mum to 2 gorgeous toddlers.
Cheryl
Administration Manager and Internal Sales
Cheryl has nearly 40 years’ experience as an Administrator, with over 17 years at a major bank as Administration Manager and Regional Executive’s Assistant.
She has been with PSI Fluid Power for 20 years as Administration Manager and Internal Sales, now bringing her vast administrative experience to PSI Automation.
Married with three adult children who now have their own successful careers, Cheryl loves to spend her spare time exercising, sewing and spending time with her family.
Stephie
Marketing and Web Development
Previously having a career in Conservation and Land Management, due to a number of hip conditions and several years of surgery/rehab, Stephie found herself working at PSI in an environment more suitable to her conditions.
Working casually doing fitting & turning, and admin since the age of 15, she has developed an extensive knowledge of the business and its operations.
Weekends are usually filled with camping, kayaking and exploring parks and gardens around the country.
